As a Senior Consultant for a leading consulting firm in Digital Transformation he supports organisations of various industries to become “Digital Masters”. Having worked with organisations of various sizes, including owner led companies and global corporations, he pursues structured and targetful approaches to accomplish a goal.
His science-oriented academic education in Computer Science, enriched with social skills and change psychology enable him to keep both a project and people right on track.
Dirk, from Germany, is a former SVP with DHL who has since moved into the world of consulting and is currently director at Andersch AG, Germany’s leading consultancy for corporate recovery and restructuring, partnering with organisations of all sizes across an extensive range of sectors.
He has extensive European-wide experience in the execution of complex restructuring projects and corporate strategy, including having led the European Strategy department for DHL Global Forwarding.
Dirk Friebel studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and has a black belt in SixSigma/Lean. He is married and is the father of two sons.
Tara Regan Overton
Tara Regan Overton has more than 20 years as a communications professional, with proven results in helping leaders positively communicate change; building employee engagement with new cultures, visions, values and brands; and aligning messaging with core strategic priorities. Owner of Skyeward Consulting Ltd., Tara’s goal is to help companies build cultures and environments that high-performers clamour to join and where company success and employee motivation are inextricably linked. In short, her dream is for companies to succeed and for employees to want to get up in the morning.
Tara has worked as a one-person communications team for start-ups in the U.S. health care industry and as part of larger teams within Motorola and Unilever. She has an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree in English and communications from the University of California, San Diego, in the United States.
Rohit is the Head of Compensation & Benefits at Dunia (Dunia Finance LLC & Dunia Services FZ LLC) and reports to the CEO and Board level sub-committee (RNC) on all rewards related initiatives, and manages the „Shared Services Function‟ (which includes HR operations, business partners, etc.). In his earlier role as Head of Organization Development & Total Rewards at Pepsi (ORC), he advised the Board level sub-committee (REMCO) and the CEO on all organizational initiatives and managed the „Centre of Excellence Function‟ (including organization development, change management, talent management, learning & development, total rewards and performance management).
Rohit has an extensive experience in working with CEOs and C-suite leaders; in driving end-to-end organizational transformation across seven countries (China, Japan, Malaysia, India, Vietnam (for BD), Oman and UAE). He has worked towards aligning organizations with their strategic agenda, managing change and driving sustainable performance, covering organizations (including Fortune 100/ 500 companies) with varying ownership models and at different stages of business life-cycle (e.g. Walmart, Kraft, Bharti Group, Pepsi, etc.). In addition to being an acclaimed key-note speaker, he is also been awarded numerous acclaimed HR awards including being recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Global HR Professionals at the world HRD Congress in 2016.
Jun is representative director and president of HR Central K.K. and an adjunct professor with Temple University Japan Campus and GLOBIS Management School. He is the Founding Chief Community Officer of The Japan HR Society (JHRS) and also serves as the Managing Editor of The HR Agenda — Japan’s first & only bilingual HR magazine.
He has more than 25 years of experience across the entire HR value chain, most of them Japan-focused. Jun has solid experience as a trainer, HR consultant, and talent acquisition professional. Jun likewise serves as nominal representative and/or external director for other organizations.
He holds an MBA from the University of Hawaii, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, a Certificate in HR Studies from Cornell University’s School of Industrial Labor and Relations and credentialed as a Senior HR Professional – International (SPHRi) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and an accredited Harrison Assessments (HA) consultant and solutions provider in Japan.
Ute Wiese works as an Executive coach and trainer. She specialized in pragmatic and solution-oriented change advisory. Her main focus is to guide people through organisational change and to establish new cultures of collaboration. With her work, Ute involves all organisational hierarchies and gains people’s commitment to a change. She empowers employees individually to accept and execute their new roles and tasks.
Ute worked many years as training specialist and financial advisor at top companies (McKinsey, MLP, zeb), which give her the necessary functional authority for her job. Ute constantly continued her studies in many relevant and specific areas: cognitive neuroscience, individual psychology, hypno-systemic consulting, coaching (Gunther Schmidt, Bernd Isert, Steve de Shazer, …), personality profile DISG, stress alleviation, Yoga Nidra, and many more.
Prof. Dr. Martin R. Wolf
Martin R. Wolf teaches as a professor for IT Management at the University of Applied Sciences Aachen. The major topic of his professional career is to work with people on changing processes, and with organisations to improve performance and effectiveness.
Martin has more than 20 years of experience in the area of organising, managing and controlling processes and people. He gathered practical experience as an advisor, auditor and manager on VP level (Ernst & Young, DP DHL Group) before he started his academic career back at university. Some of his main research topics are Change Management, Service Management, Digital Transformation and Competence Developing Games. Furthermore, Martin actively engages as a board member with serval professional organisations (German Informatics Society, it Service Management Forum, REGINA).
David John Norris
David, from Great Britain, is a senior Finance Professional with a BSc in Accountancy and Finance from Birmingham University, and an MSc in Management and Investment Strategy from Nottingham University.
As company secretary, David’s role in CTC is to manage all financial aspects of the organisation.
Pier Paolo Trevisan
Pier Paolo Trevisan is an HR Manager at Amazon, the leader in online retail and one of the most innovative companies of the new digital era.
In 2011 he had the opportunity to be part of the team that opened the first Fulfilment Center in Italy. In 2016 he became the HR Manager for Amazon Italia Transport. With a university degree in Economics and a Master in Labor and Industrial Relation, Pier Paolo has more than 15 years of experience in the HR field. He had the opportunity to work for multinational companies like Exel PLC and DHL Global Forwarding, where he developed skills in different areas such as Compensation and Benefit, Recruiting and Selection, Change Management as well as in Labor and Industrial relations. During his years at DHL he also covered the role of a Change Agent and applied the fundamentals of Change Management on a daily basis.
